Our contract staffing option allows the employer and candidate to agree on a short-term or long-term position. This is used to fill positions that need to be covered for maternity leave, vacations, six leave, unexpected replacement and any additional current or upcoming projects that a company may have. This option also allows the company to attain the proper staffing obligation for their business needs.
2. CONTRACT-TO-HIRE STAFFING
The contract-to-Hire position works similarly to a traditional staffing agency. This means a candidate may have an option to become a permanent employee for the company they are temping for. This also allows the candidate and employer to see if they make a good business match.
3. DIRECT PLACEMENT STAFFING
Our Direct Placement staffing option is put in place for companies that may not have the time to seek, interview or train a potential employee. When a permanent position needs to be filled, Devoted Placement fills that position with one of our highly qualified candidates.
